The Clients had been shopping for a home in Los Cabos, Mexico, and found a few they really loved, but ultimately decided to pick up one they could remodel and make their own. We had designed two of the homes they looked at, and they loved our work, so we were hired for this project. They sent their ideas, along with preferences and some artwork they had in their Colorado home; based on that, color boards were made for each space, along with furnishings and fabric selections for their approval. Most previous furnishings and décor was removed, but some unique items were incorporated into the new design. Most others were placed on consignment and the majority newly added. Since the clients were going to spend a limited amount of time at the house, it was decided to lease the home to a well-known, high end fractional home ownership company.
